The business that I own was experiencing problems that were vague to me. I was too close to the situation see the operational pitfalls that were occurring. Rodney came in and very carefully listened to what my goals were, and examined everything my business was doing. Using his powerful insight, intelligence, and common sense., Rodney was able to present me with a plan that identified the problems and their solutions. I put his recommendations into action, which has resulted in dramatically increased productivity and profits. I am very impressed with Rodney's well grounded talent for highly effective problem-solving.

In a very short time, Rodney identified financial and operational inefficiencies, designed an integrated solution and guided us through implementation. I’m the manager at a construction company where time is money. He streamlined our processes reducing time spent on estimating projects by over 40%. This equates to 15 hours per week for just me. His solution is great from an operational and financial perspective.

Rodney was very real and practical in the training. I know change needs to come and now I have many applications to make those changes.
